1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vurbo ("the Service") at vurbo.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vurbo Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Vurbo is an AI-powered price comparison, deal discovery, and cashback platform. We aggregate product listings from multiple retailers, track prices over time, send price drop alerts, and distribute cashback to eligible users when purchases are made through affiliate links on our platform.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Vurbo participates in affiliate advertising programs with Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, eBay, Flipkart, Myntra, Booking.com, Skyscanner, MakeMyTrip, and other retailers. When you click a product link marked (paid link) and make a qualifying purchase, Vurbo may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission income helps fund the platform and our cashback program.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or 13 with parental consent in the USA) to use Vurbo.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit cashback or promotions is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • Vurbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

5. Cashback Program

  • Cashback is earned when you purchase through Vurbo affiliate links and the commission is confirmed by the retailer or affiliate network.
  • Cashback amounts depend on the retailer, product category, and current commission rates, which can change without notice.
  • Cashback enters a Pending state after purchase and is confirmed once the retailer's return window closes (typically 30–90 days).
  • If you return a product, the associated cashback will be reversed. If already withdrawn, the reversed amount becomes a debt deducted from future withdrawals.
  • Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD / ₹200 INR. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification.
  • Vurbo reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel cashback in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or technical errors.
  • Cashback has no cash value until confirmed and withdrawn. It cannot be transferred to another user.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Vurbo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods except where required by law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use Vurbo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Vurbo in bulk without written permission
  • Attempt to manipulate price data, ratings, deal scores, or cashback calculations
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated means to generate clicks or impressions on affiliate links
  • Create fake accounts or purchase through your own affiliate links (prohibited by affiliate programs)
  • Post illegal, defamatory, threatening, or offensive content in community features
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Vurbo
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

8. Price Data & Accuracy

Product prices, deals, and availability information on Vurbo are sourced from retailers and updated regularly, but may not always reflect real-time pricing. The authoritative price is always what is shown on the retailer's website at time of purchase. Vurbo makes no guarantee that any displayed price is the lowest available, and does not guarantee that any deal or discount is valid at the time of your visit.

9. AI-Powered Features

Vurbo uses artificial intelligence to provide deal scores, price predictions, and a shopping assistant ("Vurbo AI"). AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should independently verify any information before making purchasing decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trade marks on Vurbo are owned by Vurbo Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-generated content (e.g., community deal posts) remains your property, but you grant Vurbo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Vurbo contains links to third-party websites (retailers, affiliate partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Clicking a retailer link takes you to their website, which is governed by their own policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VURBO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VURBO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO VURBO IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $100 USD. VURBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vurbo Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
